Managed Premium
This model is well suited for customers with new or large implementations. 
  • A dedicated resource will be available on-site working with your IT teams helping in defining/improving processes and workflows that are well suited for MicroStrategy implementations. 
  • A dedicated offshore resource/team will be available supporting all your administrative, maintenance and support tasks.
  • SLAs will range from 2 hours to 24 hours, varies by engagement. SLA will be defined in Customer Service Agreement.
Managed Hybrid
This model is well suited for customers of all sizes and any size implementation.
  • An on-site resource will be available on-demand working with your IT teams helping in defining/improving processes and workflows that are well suited for MicroStrategy implementations.
  • A dedicated offshore resource/team will be available supporting all your administrative, maintenance and support tasks.
  • Engagements will start at 80 hours a month at a fixed flat rate, with a minimum term of 6 months (for offshore team/resource).
  • SLAs will range from 12 hours to 24 hours, varies by engagement. SLA will be defined in Customer Service Agreement.
Managed Offshore
This model is designed to save cost:
  • A dedicated offshore resource/team will be available supporting all your administrative, maintenance and support tasks.
  • Engagements will start at 80 hours a month at a fixed flat rate, with a minimum term of 6 months.
  • Standard SLA is 24 hours.
